Hello everyone! For this last blog I wanted to talk about the different ways music can help a person. As a student near their twenties I have noticed that music has helped me in so many different ways. People listen to music nearly every day, whether that is while driving, doing chores, or even studying. One main thing that music helps people with is their mental health. Music can be very therapeutic, it can help calm us down or even feel a sense of connection. Music can be very powerful in such beautiful ways, it helps bring us humans closer together. A very fun way to get your chores done is by playing music in the background and singing and dancing along to it. There have been many times where I noticed I get motivated to complete my chores only because I have music playing in the background. Blog Entry #9 Media Synthesize

 Before I began my research for our assignments I never really paid attention to media outlets and how they can influence the opinions of those around us. Nowadays we use our phones more than ever, which means we have easy access to different point of views from people online. There have been many times where my opinion on something changes because of the other opinions I see on social media. I've also noticed that those changes in opinions don't only happen to me, but it happens to my friends and family as well.  My brother is a  big TikTok user, and his feed is always up to date with things happening around the world. He even knows of all the drama that goes on with celebrities. One thing I have noticed is that he always uses TikTok's to back up his opinion on a topic we are discussing about.
